Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging immediately upon arrival to help us process your claim.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the items.
- 3.Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2 business days to determine if a refund or a replacement is the best solution.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
